Send someone a friend request
You want to connect with someone so you can see each other's pages, chat and call.
Before you start
- You are signed in
Steps
On your own page, scroll to Friend Connections and tap the → at the end of the row.
That opens DatsConnection. The same place is listed as DatsConnection in your Applications.
Tap Discover.
The button turns pale to show it is the one you are on, and a People you may know panel opens underneath — it does not take you to another page.
Look down the suggestions for the person you want.
Each row shows their name, their address, and how you are connected — 8 mutual friends, or a shared interest. That line is how you tell two similar names apart.
Tap Add on their row.
Nothing else is needed — there is no message to write and no confirmation step.
You will know it worked when
The Add button on that row changes to a greyed-out Sent and stays that way. Nothing else on the screen changes and there is no pop-up message; the button is the confirmation. The person now sees your request in their own Pending list.
