Find out what used up your credits

The number went down and you want to know why.

Before you start

  • You are signed in

Steps

  1. Open Settings, tap the section name at the top, and choose Points, Credits & Billing.

  2. Stay on the Credit Points tab — it is the one selected when you arrive.

    The big number is your balance, with For AI & services underneath it.

  3. Read down Credit History.

    Each row names the reason and the amount, in green for what came in and red for what went out, with the date and time.

  4. Tap Social Points to see the other currency.

    It has its own balance, its own tier, and its own history — the two do not mix.

You will know it worked when

You see exactly what moved and why — entries look like Welcome gift — 500 starter credits +500, Service charge: pet_adoption −100, Monthly maintenance fee −50, Monthly gift from datsme +55, and Pet maintenance — 1 pet × 1 credit.
