Find a video or photo from a particular day
You remember roughly when you added it but not which folder it went into.
Before you start
- You are signed in
- You have added at least one photo, video or track to a Personal Folder
Steps
Open DatsLibrary from the Applications card on your page.
It is launcher-only — it never takes one of the four slots along the bottom of the screen.
Tap Videos, Photos or Music at the top to narrow the timeline, or leave it on All.
The day headings — Today, Yesterday, then dates — are the day you added the file, in your own time zone.
Scroll down; older days load as you go.
A Load more button sits under the grid too, for a keyboard or a slow connection.
Tap the tile to open it.
Videos show their length in the corner. Previous and Next in the player walk the timeline without going back to the grid.
You will know it worked when
The file opens full-screen with its folder and date under the title, and the player's controls are the device's own.
